By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Service.
Service Description
Video Call Translator provides voice and text translation services:
Transcription and translation of voice messages
Translation of text messages
Push-to-Talk video calls with automatic translation
Contact management
The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information
You are responsible for the security of your account
You must be at least 16 years old
One account per person (multi-accounting to abuse free trials is prohibited)
You must not share your credentials

10 min audio, 10 min video per month
25,000 translation tokens
Usage blocked when limits are reached
💎 Pro — 19€/month
100 min audio, 240 min video per month
200,000 translation tokens
Overage: €0.03/min
Gentleman Mode available
🏢 Business — 39€/month
300 min audio, 720 min video per month
500,000 translation tokens
Overage: €0.02/min
Gentleman Mode available
Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time. Payment via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice.
Fair Use
You agree not to:
Use bots or scripts to access the Service
Resell or redistribute the Service
Use it for illegal purposes
Circumvent usage limits
Create multiple accounts to abuse free trials
Harass, threaten or abuse other users
Record other users' video calls without their consent
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation without refund.
Data
Voice recordings are processed on-demand by our AI providers (Groq, Google Cloud) and are not stored beyond the time necessary for transcription. See our Privacy Policy.
Content
You are responsible for the content you send
We do not monitor private conversations
We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI translations
Intellectual Property
The Service, its design and technology are our property
You retain ownership of your content
You grant us a limited license to process your content
Limitation of Liability
The Service uses AI translation which may contain errors. We do not guarantee translation accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with all devices.
Our total liability cannot exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Refund
No refund for partial months after renewal
No refund for consumed overage charges
Credits possible at our discretion for interruptions > 24h
Termination
Account deletion possible at any time via Settings
Suspension or termination possible for ToS violation
Data deleted within 30 days of termination
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Liberum Labs LLC's jurisdiction. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of this jurisdiction.
